Bones

So I have become obsessed with the show bones, Jayden likes to sit and watch it with me..
Jayden was playing with dads science kit and while i was downstairs switching out the washer and dryer he filled one of the things with water..i asked him why he did that and he says "I was playing bones..that's the victims blood"

I made pigs in a blanket for dinner tonight..jayden says 'nothing you cook impresses me'

Problem solver

Watching the news they are talking about how it's really crappy weather..
Jayden- why don't they just dump hot water on all the ice? 
Me-because its so cold it would just freeze
Jayden- well..maybe they should put that salt stuff in the hot water..that would work.

Picking Jayden up from school I was waiting in the kindergarten hall and the bus kids are waiting in line and Mr. Benson (the principle) comes down the hall and says "now when you guys go out there,the snow is so deep you have to swim to get to the bus" one little girl says "but I didn't bring my swim suit to school!" 

In Jaydens class they have them draw a picture then have them sound words out to describe the picture..this is what he draws!!

The size of the snow flakes in the mind of a 6 year old..
Jayden-"Those big snowflakes? Well they aren't snow flakes."
Me- "what are they?" 
Jayden- "its bird feathers..somehow the weather made all the birds explode and those *points at snow flakes* are the feathers"
